酒店位置很好，服务也不错，就是住在一楼窗外就是石壁。酒店附近有个水生态公园非常漂亮，还去了浙江美术馆看了摄影展。这是之前都没计划的，随便走走的意外惊喜。

首当其冲的是服务，绝对是五星级的服务，去后面玉皇山爬山晚回来了，超出退房时间一个半多小时，服务员没有催促还很友好，很体贴。清洁阿姨都会跟你友好微笑，更不要谈前台姑娘的态度了。然后非常喜欢酒店的细节，浴衣拖鞋洗漱用品等都非常高品质，甚至比一些五星级酒店还要好，厚厚的拖鞋穿过一次带回家，环保。再则就是设计，很多人说这家获过设计大奖，我觉得房间设计挺好的，简约优雅的冷色调让人很舒心。最后不得不提的是早餐和中餐厅，现点现做，餐在青瓷上非常美味，餐厅设计及装饰也是作品级别的。总之，非常喜欢，可以自行来体验。下次再来试试游泳池，推荐！服务好住起来也非常开心。

餐饮非常棒，有特色。餐具也很精美。小小游泳池小朋友特别喜欢。位置也很优越，去玉皇山很方便。离丝绸博物馆超近！
