入住酒店一晚，酒店空调有问题，当时就致电前台，前台上来看过说把温度调低一点就会冷下来，结果无论调几度，一个晚上全是32度，酒店没有窗户通风，所以房间很闷，一个晚上没睡着，第二天还得参加学习考试。第二天去问前台，前台竟然回答空调主机没有打开，当时就提出要投诉，等了很久负责人才出来还跟我说目前杭州规定现在这个温度酒店不能开空调，当场就打电话给12315咨询是否有这个规定，回答没有此规定。大家用正常思维去想酒店也不可能有这种规定，把顾客当猴耍呢？298一晚不算很便宜了，竟然得到这种服务，这辈子再也不会进这样的酒店了，真是差评到极点了。从来没有投诉过谁，这次真的是惹火了，如果空调是坏了还可以理解，竟然是人为的没开还找了一个杭州市规定不能开空调的理由，我就不信整个晚上这家酒店其他房间晚上都没有开空调，交涉过程态度也是超级无所谓，你要投诉你就投诉吧，真的是咽不下一口气。
