酒店前台很热情，问怎么去坐机场大巴都送了瓶水的，很贴心！酒店大堂也很有调调。不过对于到杭州来玩的，地理位置来说不怎么方便的，离西湖有一段距离的，办理入住时说给我免费升级了房型，没有感觉到哦
