酒店距离杭州东站只有2.7公里，乘坐地铁1号线到【闸弄口站】，从D出口出来，前面一百米就是酒店，非常便利。当然，酒店门前也有多路公交车可以到杭州东站和室内各大景点。酒店出门右手边有超市和一些餐饮店，购物用餐都很便利。前台的服务不错，热情有礼，可以刷卡。卡套里面有房卡和早餐券。退房时服务员还主动给我信封，装发票，指引我们坐车的路线，态度很不错。两张床紧挨着靠墙置放，中间一个床头柜，房间面积不大，显得有些紧凑。灯控开关都在这里，还是比较方便的。如果能有电源插孔就更好了。一次性拖鞋分颜色的，质量一般。提供电灭蚊器和擦鞋布。靠窗的位置有两张椅子和茶几，非常实用。有台灯，建议放在左边为好。卫生间有浴缸，没有单独的冲淋房。下陷的台盆设计，不溅水。马桶的冲力足够。洗漱用品的质量不错，牙刷是分颜色的。唯一不足的感觉这个防滑垫不应该和浴巾挂在一起。

酒店设施太陈旧一般了，房间内很多灯也不亮，光线太暗，真需要重新装修一下了

酒店设施太旧，房间味道也不好，花洒只有一个大喷，不方便，早餐种类少。唯一优点交通方便，出门就是公交车站，地铁口！
