搜西湖边的酒店搜到了该酒店，离西湖有几公里，在山上。酒店装修比较别致古色古香，别墅小楼2个。服务生还算勤快，早起给做早饭，中餐。入住时帮助提箱子。热水和空调都不错。房间只有10平米，没有工作台。卫生间没有浴缸和淋浴房。整栋别墅只有我们一个房间有人。我们住的别墅楼里没有服务生，电话形同虚设，播不出。

临时起意来的杭州，正好这家有房间。房子很漂亮，虽然房间比较小，但是设施不错，洗浴用品等都很精致。管家小江姑娘漂亮又细心，24小时贴心服务，我们一行五个小孩被照顾得很周到，早餐精致又丰富，很棒！
