位置不错，在四眼井，去西湖，虎跑，灵隐等等都算方便。房间算是不大不小，装修风格我很喜欢，躺在床上往上看，天花板上还有诗句。床挺舒服的。绝对是用心在经营。房间提供了玫瑰花茶和龙井茶。我喝了龙井，还不错呢。床头柜有个卡片，说提供化妆品，而且都是好牌子，好用的款！细节太多太多！早饭也可以，有牛奶，粥，包子，鸡蛋等。双床房虽然靠马路，但关上窗晚上完全不影响！整体满意！

带孩子去的，前台贴心的准备了小孩的拖鞋和洗簌用品，酒店不大但很精致很漂亮，提供的早餐虽然简单但很有营养，离杭州动物园很近，动物园旁边还有一个小公园，孩子喜欢得不得了，离苏堤走路有点远了，坐公交两三站吧！唯一一点不便是周围没有好吃的，总体不错！

住进来的时候刚好在装修，不能睡到自然醒！住了两晚，换了三间房！浴室漏水严重！房子装修还是很有格调的！服务员态度超好，超有耐心，赞一个！位置很好，西湖边！环境很好！

有惊喜的入住体验，喜欢有设计的酒店，所以选择了清蝉，入住后贴心的配置和服务让人惊喜，早餐很用心，每天有变化，春节期间感受到融融暖意，谢谢清蝉
