酒店的地理位置优越，在南山路与万松岭交界的地方，非常幽静，步行至西湖只需二分钟的路程。酒店内部布置得非常有禅意，很喜欢，哪怕是一把小小的牙刷也是十分可人。前台工作人员都让人有一种很温馨的感觉。 唯一的一点，可能生态环境好，住的是二楼，在枕头上和墙壁上都发现长长的软体虫子，保洁阿姨说不咬人，可未免心里毛毛的

地理位置很好，就在杭州海底世界对面，离雷峰塔也很近，到西湖走几步就行，坐公交到各景区也很方便，杭州外地车限行，这里停车也方便，酒店里面布置的挺不错，有点特色，免费提供龙井茶和花茶，还有可乐等，很温馨。住宿环境也很安静，工作人员很热情，服务很周到，整体很不错，值得再来！
