暑假出行，人出奇的多，因为旁边是度假公寓，入住后有挺好的风景，可是吃饭时发现服务不到位，反应后经理也道歉了，希望下次改进

酒店真心不错，可是服务差点事，前台接待和泳池管理可以说没有经过培训基本上不知道该如何以什么态度对待住客。服务上比较失望。

酒店唯一的不好是设施比较旧，8楼正湖景的套房，相当相当的满意。喜来登的服务超赞，不用出去，阳台上的风景也是非常的美丽

以后绝不再为了便宜几十块到艺龙订酒店了。前一天下单后特意备注要双床，结果第二天中午到酒店入住时被告知艺龙给的是个大床。打了半小时电话和艺龙交涉后，告诉我备注不一定能做到。真可笑，就算不一定能留到双床，既然我备注了双床，网站是否应该告知酒店准备双床呢，而不是直接告知酒店单床！艺龙最终的解决方案居然是让我自己和酒店前台协调！！周末大中午的，带着老人小孩在前台交涉半小时，酒店说确实没有房间了。最后幸亏有一户好心人家愿意和我们换，不然老老小小的真不知道怎么睡好。两千多一晚的房间，收获一肚子糟心！只管收钱，不管售后，客服态度还奇差无比，根本无法沟通，只会让顾客自己想办法！！！真的牛逼的网站不会再来第二次！！！！

作为一个游客来讲，这个酒店从硬件还有服务上没得挑，唯一美中不足就是卫生条件和五星级酒店比起来差点，房间有虫子和灰再有就是没有免费升级要花钱升级这个和其他5星比起来差点。其余还好
