说句心里话，500多块钱一晚的，房间设施很一般，消费了一条毛巾，其他没有消费，有一盒洗漱用品拿了看了没拆封，硬说用了，都不在乎几百块钱一晚的房费，会跟你纠结一个25元的洗漱用品吗？酒店一点也不让步，就一定认为是客户的问题，真是个奇葩！
