本人是杭电的学子，向来对自己校门口的酒店颇有好感。但是这次入住体验不是很好。首先房间卫生不合格，枕头上有上位房主的头发，没有及时跟换，酒店灯光偏暗。退房时，前台收了我们的房卡，告诉我们可以走了，说押金会退还，那就是酒店检查过房间完好无损的情况下才会这么说，但是事后押金退还少了，询问酒店才知道说什么衣架坏了，既然要扣押金 难道不用提前告知嘛。
