趁春节来杭州自驾游，虽然灵隐寺人太太太多，雷锋塔人人人很多，苏堤人忒多，但心情还不错。因为晚定原因，只订到了这个不讲信誉、不太用心的酒店！1.说好提供早餐，服务员却说没有，又没有补偿；2.提供的拖鞋两双都是同向的，穿着不舒服，且没有塑料拖鞋，导致洗澡时打湿后只能赤脚走动，恨啊；3.好好的心情被搞坏了！
