虽然酒店比较老旧，房间很小，但干净整洁，酒店服务人员态度非常好，无论是前台还是客房以及餐厅服务员态度都很好，尽量满足客人的需求。酒店周边餐饮也比较多，离西湖景区也比较近交通也方便。酒店离高铁杭州东站也不是很远，交通也方便，以后来杭州还会选择银星。
