我是3月30号入住的，住四晚上，当天温度很高，晚上睡觉的时候太热了，就打算开冷气降温，结果温度不降反升，因为第二天一大早要拍婚纱照，所以就先休息，之后再说，31号拍完婚纱照已经是1号凌晨一点半了，因为前一晚没睡好 加上拍照很累了直接躺下就睡了，第二天中午的时候被热醒的，就找了前台，前台说什么冷气管道维修保养，整个酒店没有空调，一晚上收400的酒店还没有提供空调，也没有事先告知，到了下午因为房间窗户对着太阳晒的，实在是热的不行，室内温度27摄氏度，前台就说换个背对太阳的房间给我，还拿了个电风扇，换房间的时候一条潘多拉的手链落在了房间里，晚上找前台前台说打扫阿姨下班了，明天再给我问问，结果第二天中午也什么回应，我就去前台问，另外一个工作人员就把房卡给了我让我去找，到的时候已经有两个人在找了，然后找到了一把潘多拉手链的一颗爱心钥匙，其他的都不见了，按理说一颗珠子都在那边了其他应该都在，结果打扫阿姨说没有见到过。还有退房后上高铁的时候打算听歌，结果我放双肩包边上口袋里的苹果x耳机不见了，我女朋友在拍完照回来的时候跟我说她放房间里的化妆包被人动过，本来我还不相信的，事实证明我女朋友是对的
