首先必须得承认酒店是真的很好！不管是房间的设施还是东西的摆放都体现了酒店的专业！但是服务方面确实配不上酒店的设施，希望酒店引起重视！不过总体还是满意，妈妈也满意，以后还会选择入住，希望到时候有所提高！

出差多次最满意的一次住宿，房间正对钱塘江，景观一流，自助早餐本不抱期望，但却有惊喜，歺厅环境好食品种类多出品也不错，特别是西式的包点和高级面包店出品有一拼。下次杭州出差首选。
