酒店离西湖很近，位于市中心。到火车站也很近，尤其是杭州城站，只有一个起步费，居住一般，但是早餐要给个大大的赞，相比住宿强多了。

酒店位置还不错出行方便，网络太差，不过提出后前提态度不错换了间房间，可惜网络还是不给力，望酒店待改善

酒店地理位置不错，交通比较方便。定的是四季套房，相对来说房间不是很大。设施有些老化了，浴室的玻璃门无法关上。早餐，有点不尽如意。餐厅工作人员把洗好的筷子直接用白色的餐桌布擦干 ，放在筷笼里使用。建议大家订房不要含早餐。酒店门口不远有家奎元楼，不错。
