1.空调最低只能到28.5度，问前台，说是这个季节只能调到这个温度，后太热无法忍受，前台终于安排了师傅来房间打开天花板盖进行调试，但调试后制冷效果依旧不理想。
2.入住时前台提示板上标榜晚上九点半至十点半奉上晚安粥，酒店其他宣传材料上也有这样讲，结果完全是忽悠，喝不喝粥无所谓，但是不诚信行为对于豪华型酒店来说着实让人反感。
