首先肯定一下这家酒店：是我住过最差的酒店。
表现有以下几点：
从硬件来说，老式大约2000年初的电视机。塑料拖鞋。排气扇是无法使用。无空调。空气非常潮湿、房间气味极大。从服务上讲：原本定的景观房，服务员因为房间被订满，正常应该是安排在二楼，结果前台竟然把我安排在一楼，二楼是有阳台的，一楼是什么都没有。还欺骗我说，帮您房间升级。当房间发现排气无法使用，通风口出气小，服务员告诉我以下原话，如有虚假天打雷劈，服务员说，我们所有房间都没有排气，所有房间都没有空调，所以你就绝望吧。因为我也很绝望！
关于早餐：应该是出过最差的早餐，早餐券漏带，竟然无法刷卡，服务员，极其恶劣态度，要求付款买早餐。其次，地板是机器潮湿，亲眼所见几个小孩子端着盘子摔倒。
