酒店地理位置很方便，酒店装修很气派。总体不错，从杭州东站出发，做地铁到余杭站，或直接到余杭站下车，下车后座一个公交车一个小时就到了。酒店环境好、服务好、设施好。离古镇近，出行方便，周围有超市，购物方便。有水果赠送，水壶可保温，很满意的一次住宿体验！

酒店设施新，位置比较偏，周边基本上无餐饮。离开广济桥比较远，公交间隔时间在20多分种，出租车很少，不过可以让酒店帮助打电话呼叫。定的行政房，房间很小，有无线网络覆盖，室内温度不能随意调，再冷最高不让超过18度，是不是节能？服务员大多数都很敬业，唯独早餐煎蛋的小伙子态度和举止需要提高。早餐品种不多添加也比较慢。2楼中餐厅因为有婚礼，就不接待住店客人用餐了，只接受房间送餐服务。总体来说够不上五星的标准。
