服务态度挺好，有小的停车场，也有早餐提供，虽然比较简单，酒店地理位置好，很中心，离杭州大厦、银泰都挺近

住的是商务湖景房，确实能看到西湖；但这一层楼上被硬隔出来了一层，好像是时尚大床。隔音很不好，不断听到楼上的脚步声。
