有一说一，干净还行
但是设施从来住过这么差的，灯光比较昏暗，卫生间灯最亮
洗澡受罪，上锈的淋浴头，水流如同挤牙膏，越洗越冷
噪音很大，一直有轰隆声音，开空调就更绝了，外机仿佛在头上，我的妈呀，那噪音，而且空调的风。。。可以忽略
吵闹无法正常入眠，脖子睡落枕，第二天考试，真的酸爽

酒店性价比高，房间很大，停车场超级大停车很方便。每次来杭州都住这里！酒店前台还有无线充电器，办理入住时手机刚好没电了，直接无线充电很棒！无人接触也很安全！酒店还有一个很棒的餐饮店海鲜很棒

酒店很棒，服务很好！尤其夏天天气这么炎热每次进房间空调都已经开好了！这也是我每次订这家酒店的原因！酒店价格也很实惠，酒店有个很大停车场，对于每次开车出行是很方便的。

因为在小和山考试，订了西溪十八家，是一次很愉快的体验。考试前一天晚上到的，服务员特别有亲和力，办完入住手续笑着对我说“祝你金榜题名”！之后，我因为声音问题想要换房，服务员特别好，立刻答应我换房，还主动借我充电插头。这是我最棒的一次考试入住体验！可惜，因为早上留和路太堵太堵，考试迟到了近30分钟，也算是一次非常难忘的考试了。结果如何，只能交给时间了！
谢谢西溪水十八家的前台，让我感觉入住很愉快，而且睡了很好的一觉！好评！
