6月份来的杭州，酒店的地理位置很好的，依山傍水，订酒店之前不知道酒店平时游泳池是下午2点开始，第一天入住晚，第二天退房后儿子想游泳，酒店的大堂副理洪颖知道后，耐心引导我们去游泳池，并协调了游泳池让我们带小孩子玩耍，很小的事却透露出员工身上的服务理念，下次一定还会来住的。
