酒店离西湖和步行街都很紧，环境、卫生都可以，就是房间有些小，早餐服务员很热情，但餐厅的大师傅感觉素质稍差，刚到9点半就在餐厅里大声叫嚷到点啦，让正在吃早餐的客人会觉得很不友善，希望改进。
