大年初三中午12点10分，我们全家办理入住，二十分钟过去后，告知我们可以了，但是两间房间只有一间收拾好了，我们说没关系我们先把行李放在一间房间里。结果上去以后发现两间房间都是脏的，一开门的味道就不形容了，就是恶心。我们全家人只好再拿着行李去下面吃饭，吃了一个半小时，上去两点了，结果一开门两间房间还是老样子。在楼道里拨打前台电话，前台让我们等一下，等了五分钟也没有人来，我们只好一家老小再拿着行李到前台。到了以后前台说这两间改造等打扫，我们问要等多久，他们说一间半小时左右，我们问他从12点到2点已经两个小时了还没打扫好，前台说假期太忙了，我们质疑他为什么没有打扫的房间就放出来了而且之前告诉我们一间自己打扫了，事实是两间都没有打扫好，这时候前台让我们在等一会，我们问等多久，他们说半小时。我们说已经等了两个小时了，不能再等了。这时候一个年纪大一点的应该是他们的经理走过来跟前台说给我们换房间。我就搞不懂了，既然有房间为什么把没打扫的房间开给我们，而且在我们再三交涉之后才愿意给我们换房间？
