去住了二夜，被子浴巾等都和正规酒店一样很干净，就管理的一般，不是双休日，我们订了四个房间，好像没有别的住宿人。在管理卫生方面加强点，还有除了双休日可以降价。用水很好，但整个楼有点味道。总体来说还满意！

房间比较大，就在三叉路口这里，名字改成了凤凰楼。
前台付了100现金的押金，有电水壶，但是没有免费的饮用水。
