大年初三，因走亲戚给父母预订了这里
当天杭州降温最低零下一度
电视开不起来、房间空调不制热
叫了半天来个服务员
说他不会弄
说去问下他们领导
然后就没然后了
一晚上再叫服务员就没人理了
该酒店是老式的木结构房子改造的
薄薄的木板挡不了室外零下一度的寒气
两个老实的老人穿着衣服盖着被子一夜未眠
早上退完房我们离开塘栖了才跟我讲起
愤怒??！
