酒店的服务态度特别好，办理入住手续后，前台主动带着你到电梯处。杭州东站免费接站，司机张师傅，非常热情，必须感谢。车辆干净整洁，还有免费的矿泉水。房间虽不奢华，但科技感十足。电动窗帘、触摸开关、冷藏箱里的啤酒可乐矿泉水都免费。浴室超级大，干净清爽。楼下超市有四家，餐厅也很多。早餐丰富，非常喜欢。

这是第二次入住这个酒店了。离杭州东站驱车只要10分钟，不管是滴滴还是乘坐接送车辆都很方便。周围的环境相对于其他酒店还是比较安静，偶尔可以听到动车的声音。

很干净。装修的也很好。上一次住的另一家同价位的完全和这个没得比。还有高铁站接送服务。车子也很好。总体非常满意。以后来杭州还会选择这里。
