住酒店以来，这是最差到一次体验，空调制热效果很差，洗完澡出来很冷，杭州下雪天室内空调这么差，被子有股味儿，卫生间洗澡间及其的小，隔音效果也很差，大众点评的评价也就个一楼大厅看着大方点，其他都很旧，靠刷出的评价分，房间设施简直忽悠人，不会在入住

酒店大堂挺好的 大气！房价有点旧了 床褥品质一般 隔音一般 光线情景一般 用了不少木料上墙可惜设计搭配没出来效果显得陈旧
