去年九月入住的，感觉是顶层的阁楼，外窗是落地的很矮的一小条，层高也比较低，所以是榻榻米，睡在地上时，夜里隔壁房间有人走动的话，我都会有感觉。因为是顶层，白天超级晒，能感觉到天花板上呼呼的热气。
卫生条件还是不错的，很赞。枕头和被子很舒服。

酒店位于武林广场周边，离杭州大厦不远，周围有地铁，周围多是行政办公楼，节假日感觉周围有些清冷。酒店靠在路边，有免费的停车场，夜里有车经过，有点打扰到睡觉，但酒店入住时送的眼罩和耳塞还是很有用的。房间不错，干净整洁，就是第一天晚上回去晚了，洗澡水不热，向前台投诉，还蛮重视的，积极给我们解决，前天服务员到房间给我们道歉还送来热牛奶和早餐劵。虽然当天没洗成澡，第二天一早热水就有了，服务我们还是很满意的，退房也有小礼物送，总得来说这次入住还是很不错的
