地点一级棒，酒店民国风非常好，百年老酒店。一楼吃饭也不贵，临西湖景色绝佳，早餐品种不算多，但是很精致。房间没有咖啡杯，让多拿两瓶矿泉水也被拒绝，稍遗憾。

酒店百年历史，文化积淀深厚，这是全杭州乃至全国都不一定可以比拟的。酒店虽然历史悠久，但设施、卫生完全不会有老旧感，房间内部紧跟时代步伐，对于服务更是目前我所入住过的酒店里最佳的，无法言表，只能请大家自己去感受。当然，酒店就位于西湖边，出门就可以湖边漫步，这样的环境，性价比很高。如果一定要为即将入住的朋友们建议，那就是希望大家至少入住“花园房”，“雅致房”不是不好，是价差不大、感受区别太大了。

此次旅行入住体验很棒的一家酒店，酒店历史悠久，服务很好，代寄存行李。主要是地理位置非常有优势，位于西湖边，对面就是断桥，白堤，孤山，西冷印社，右边是苏堤。出行打车很方便，不行游西湖也很便利，荷花盛开，景色优美。餐厅的龙井虾仁，糖醋排骨，宋嫂鱼羹很美味。服务员服务态度好。宾馆本省就是文物建筑，古香古色，历史上众多名人曾在此住宿，是西湖上第一家旅店。周边均为历史建筑，名人故居，无西湖美景融为一体，别具特色。值得一住。

酒店不错。老字号，风景不错，卫生状况优，闹中取静处，很适应休息。服务真心不错。夏天气温高空调系统有待改进。

住新新为的就是晚上有人散去以后的西湖，很安静，有独占的感觉。酒店房间G20以后明显升级，床品设施都有提高，价格也比以前略高
