总体感觉很不好。
1、第一天我到酒店，我记得定的单间，给我的标间，我问前台，她来一句，反正现在没有房间了，你看着办吧。呵呵……
2、我上楼我没有找到拖鞋，我问前台，前台好像是一个客房大姐打来电话，说拖鞋在柜子里，态度很差，语气很凶，还把我电话挂了，真的，第一次碰到这种情况
3、我问前台几点退房，前台说12点，我还想着要不要定钟点房，第二天我再问服务员，跟我说中午2点，但是房间12点多我的门就打不开了，我真的很无语
4、晚上睡觉，我突然发现床单是脏的，我让服务员上来看一下，别到时候退房说，是我弄的，让我赔偿，服务员来了也没说什么，打了马虎眼就过去了，我也不想计较，毕竟第二天要考试。哎
5、晚上，送水果，服务员敲门，送了2根香蕉，敲门的时候我说等一下，结果是你们服务员把门打开了，什么情况，我没有让你们进来，我让等一下……我真的很无语
还有其他小的，我真的不想说什么了。但是希望入住他们酒店的，一定要认真考虑，这个服务态度，我真的呵呵
