酒店的服务很好，我给差评是同程的客服，服务态度一级差，等了许久给的回复就是，客服都没错，有错的都是客户，那P过的照片来欺骗客户，要求给的说法居然说图片和实际住的肯定不一样，第一张是同程的图，后面几张是实际的图，大家看看是不是一样，是不是再用美图欺骗消费者，好好的原本做为新房的，被搞成怎样，315投诉

和预期还是有点差别 感觉是为了做酒店而做酒店，五星级标准，620的房价，湖景房，余杭这个地区不值。度假也不咋的，没什么好玩的。这个地方做五星级酒店估计是被逼的吧
