国庆期间去的，价格比平时高了些，都这样可以理解。酒店距离杭州东站较近，交通便利，出行也方便，门口就有公交车站。天海宾馆是老宾馆了，房间较大、宽敞、设施较全，卫生也可，如能更新地毯什么的就更好了。值得推荐。

总体很差，总台服务恶劣，好像前世欠她什么的，总是装刷卡机坏要收现金，很早前有过经历还以为是真，一次性拖鞋都没，用塑料拖鞋人人都用很脏，房间卫生及设施一股，噪音大无法入睡。外表看宾馆不错其实里边是小宾馆档次，质次价高还没早餐，性价比及差。

一楼的ktv实在太吵，傍晚后酒店大堂门口闲杂人比较多。位置离东站不远，直走10-15分钟可到！房间设置还可以！附近有其他更好的！

位置靠近火车站，性价比挺高的，也很方便还有停车位。可是，房间空调超级吵，一晚上都没有睡着，而且还有滴水的声音，疯了。大家入住之前一定要检查好空调吵不吵。
