是来喝喜酒住了一晚，环境特别好，空气也很好。适合老人，这个天气早晚散步，酒店服务都非常赞。爸妈也很开心，下次还会来。客房主管陈彩虹的服务需要特别点赞👍

清明扫完墓带女儿散散心。上次在九龙山开元有不好的体验，这次想再试下，可以说对开元这个品牌彻底失望。和网评一致，服务软件水平绝对和良好的硬件对不上号，虽说清明满房，酒店看来毫无预案。我们定的是山景套房，离开大唐距离比较远，提着大包小包也没有礼宾的主动上来帮忙。高尔夫车接送应该是酒店一大特色，可是前台和礼宾部缺乏衔接，让我们在风雨中等了半小时也没人理会，投诉到大堂经理那也就是呵呵了，生意好不计较你几个客户的感受！酒店在山上，只有自助餐和中餐厅两个选择。居然派了服务员登记姓名也不发号牌排队，是我看到最原始的方法，唯一的有点是服务员都比较勤快。

天域开元酒店在山上，这边环境优美，空气清新，在中餐厅就餐很愉快，餐厅的菜肴很美味，餐厅服务员很热情，餐厅有个叫和婉婉的服务员主动为我们介绍菜肴，推荐的菜肴很棒，是一家不错的酒店
