空调一直不制热，开电视机超级麻烦，总台电话好像打不通，貌似电话机有问题，地上还有好几个黑黑的烟洞...不过跟树人大学真的近，一墙之隔啊。总的来说入住还可以，但是260的价格住还是贵了点，性价比太低。
