良心说周围环境和房间的格局都是很不错
好好经营肯定会很棒
可惜房间太脏 卫生看不下去 叫阿姨来了她说不是她的楼层 随便搽了一下 算了 我说我自己来

中评和五星是给他们的卫生设施和周边环境的！br酒店前台因为我们不知道她酒店的位置，所以我打酒店电话我问那个地铁站下？你的酒店位置之类的！前台跟刚睡醒一样，说话有气无力！多问几句就说你自己看嘛！！好吧，好不容易找到了开房入住！br第一天住，因为刚回国很累，很早就睡了也没反锁！早上8点阿姨敲了一下门我回应了一下打扫阿姨估计没听见！我刚下床准备过去开门问怎么回事！阿姨直接开门进来了！！！直接进来了！我老公只穿了一条内裤！阿姨开门看到有人也没有说不好意思或者说怎样的！而是问，你退房续住？早上8点你就开门进来要打扫还问我续住不续住？？我前一天做了一天飞机回国很累又是大早上的还被阿姨就这样直接开门！很生气我直接就说续住！！br第二天住！打扫阿姨还是大早上过来敲门，不过这次我们反锁了！她没进来！然后中午11点！杭州天很热，我老公说好不容易来了一趟杭州，去西湖看看！然后就打算再忍忍看继续住这家！因为再住一天我们就回去了！我老公就打电话给前台，说今天再续住一天！！说出来你们可能不信，酒店没有说不好意思！而是说你们的房开出去了，续不了！客人12点就到了，你们赶快下楼来吧！1点退房11点叫我们走？还直接开出去了？
