上次来住，感觉性价比挺高的。这次推荐了朋友，市中心高档酒店大多价格不低，客房大小也有限。维多利亚的价格合适，地理位置绝佳，距离西湖、银泰、南宋御街、高银美食街都只需步行5分钟的范围。客房挺大的，客房整洁，前台的小姑娘服务热情，给我留下的印象深刻，早餐也挺丰富。这次帮朋友订房入住，也没让朋友失望，一定要我给予五星好评。

酒店位置很黄金，但入住体验不太好！房间霉味很大，而且极其干燥，半夜被热醒关空调（温度风量不能调），一家人都是嘴皮干裂，鼻腔快喷火了！最无语的是第二晚房间灯坏了，有一个大灯关不了，找服务员前后折腾半小时，最后只能拔卡，晚上摸黑上厕所，折腾一趟困意都没有了！浴室卫生较差，豪华间的淋浴间墙砖都是滑腻的，就像老式公共浴室那种手感，洗澡水压很小，无论浴缸还是淋浴间都一样。总之，位置很黄金，其他均低于预期。这个体验不如住如家汉庭。

该酒店是个人非常满意的一家酒店，酒店名字很唯美，浪漫，位置极佳，在杭城中心，步行到西湖10分钟左右，地铁站，公交站等等都很方便，附近有购物中心，步行街，根本不用担心吃饭，购物没处去，酒店正对面。西湖银泰，各种餐饮应接不暇。此外酒店的服务尚令人滿意，前台工作人员很细心，热情。客房卫生很干净，给安排的房间向阳的，空间很宽敞，。房间内灯光明亮；床单被罩干净雪白；很有宾至如归的感觉，推荐入住

从机场乘武林广场乘206到吴山广场这就到了，过了凌晨一点也很方便。同理也可以说适合单身跪族，很舒适
