酒店位置还是不错的，但是这酒店卫生实在太差，入住后发现还遗留着前面住客吃的鱼骨头，排骨骨头，腐肉，房间一股腐臭味道，床上睡着起红疹，桌子都是灰，洗手台女性头发到处都是；服务也差，把情况反馈后，酒店过了一个小时才回电话，而且不派人把垃圾清理走；店大欺客，欺负外地人，我离店离开杭州，打电话叫处理这件事情，酒店说那堆腐臭的食物是我带进去的！
