选择入住维也纳是因为离东站进，出去酒店往左走五分钟就到了站内，根据指示牌就可以找到你想去的地方，里面也很多吃的，算是方便的，但我去的时候正好在修路，有段路还流出来污水，非常臭，但这是大街上的，不关酒店事。说说酒店设施，我定的是单人房，一开始进去的下水道味道很重，厕所里也没有排风扇，这点不舒服，经过电话提出许久发现没有反应后在前台交涉才换了另一间没有味道的房间；第二天，出去回来后发现卫生间竟然有烟味，鬼晓得怎么遗留下来的？难道是搞卫生的人边抽烟边搞卫生吗？又电话跟房间服务交涉，接听的客服回答非常好，马上找人来帮我清理异味，但……结果……石沉大海……第二天我离开酒店了也没看到个人来清理，就这点，很不喜欢，希望酒店以后不要是摆设，客服就要做到客服的样子，只接电话不落实我想也不是酒店想做的事情吧？
