酒店位于地铁旁，原牛田村委会，所在位置交通便利，酒店硬件设施可以算九堡最佳之一，最大问题在于服务质量与服务态度，建议酒店管理层对员工的上岗前培训加强下，不懂可以去其他酒店看下别人是怎么服务的，做为九堡最贵的酒店，服务却不敢恭维，提出这种建议的客人并非是无理取闹，而是希望你们越来越好

酒店条件类似五星级了，比较新，房间面积也大，卫生间淋浴房也很好，毛巾较新，离地铁站300米。不在繁华路段，早餐一般，只能说能吃饱，和酒店豪华设施不匹配，而且九点结束。
