看到杭州下雪，赶紧定了车票赶来。反复斟酌，定了这间酒店，来到一看，不虚此行。无论是杭州的雪景，还是酒店，都让人满意。酒店布置用心，店员、藏品、盆景、花卉，令人舒心妥帖，店内卫生良好，位置在古城里，安静舒服，出门可以吴山听雪，随意散步伍公山访古，离西湖不远，美食街在侧，方便。这两年都喜欢选择一些有艺术和特点的民宿，很喜欢，会再来，会推荐。

酒店位置真的不错，很方便。酒店内饰真的很有特色，看得出老板很用心。本次入住虽然发生了点小插曲，但老板迅速反应，妥善给予解决。一点不影响入住体验，值得推荐给大家。

出去不方便 要走出去 车开不进来 环境特别好 很喜欢人也很nice 可是空调热不起来 热气只在顶上飘 然后冬天地板是冰的 用我朋友的话说踩在雪里 不过被子超级暖和

没有别的意思 环境好装修好这些其他人都说的很多了我就说点不好的 希望可以改进一下 洗澡热水洗着洗着就没了 大约十分钟左右 热水逐渐变少 洗到后面就纯冷水了 一个人可能够洗两个人就难了 被子只有一条并且很小 两个人盖只好横着 露脚露身体这样子睡了 由于上一条被子的原因只好调高空调 导致房间闷热 没有加湿器挺头疼的 很干很干 建议以后可以加一台加湿器 房间隔音几乎为零 隔壁吹头发 洗澡 电视 以及人类的叫声都能听见 窗户锁不上 其他的也没什么了

早餐是老板出去购买的因为不能煮饭，酒店内部很多文化气息浓郁的布置和装饰，个人还是很喜欢的，停车要到外面路边停车或地下停车场，周边环境很好安静转出去就能有小吃等你
