文华酒店住了四天又因故又订了三天，以前来杭州大多住这里，总体上还是感觉不错的。只是这个周末酒店里安排了小朋友的各种棋类比赛，酒店秩序比较混乱，电梯被比赛工作人员霸占导致较多客人无法正常上下楼，这样的酒店管理和服务不得不说是一个遗憾，酒店在应对非常规情况应有预见和合理安排管理，真诚希望酒店今后有所改进。
