酒店硬件不错，周围环境较好，早餐不错。但澡水较冷。多次找总台，先说放一会水就热了，结果放了三十分钟，依然如故（浪费了这么多水真是罪过）。后来再找，派了一个修理的师傅说就是这个温度，楼层高温度就低些。洗澡水还是锦江之星的舒服！另外，服务员态度有点冷漠。

该酒店环境不错，比较清静，交通便利；服务态度很好，住房比较干净，在同等的宾馆里条件应该算好的，早餐也可以。

在下沙这个地方这还是一个不错的酒店，但是这个酒店的服务业是有点问题，我们由于要超过18:00才能到杭州，电话联系酒店，尽管一再声明肯定到酒店，但是一定要交保证金才能有房间保留，有点不相信客人。弄得我们有点难受，只能再到艺龙交保证金。这个有点小家子气呀。

其他都很好，就是打电话联系要超过18:00才能到，一定要交保证金，这点有点让人烦，不相信人呀。要知道再办一次比较麻烦。还有就是下沙这几天开学，出租车非常难。
