环境超好，在酒店就能欣赏西湖美景，吴管家服务也到位，热情接待，早上的自助餐也蛮丰盛的，各方面我都很满意。就是有一点，我们带着宝宝出门想借个宝宝推车，酒店只有一个，又已经借出去了，这点希望能改善下，多几个宝宝推车，毕竟现在带宝宝出门玩的也多，有推车游玩也轻松点。

虽然分配的房间在角落，不过也是新装修的，还不错。宾馆的环境是非常好的，宋朝皇家御花园的一部分确实很美，沉浸在中国园林里

酒店帮我们升级了房间，拉开窗帘的那瞬间真的美到了。硬件软件都非常好。小花园美翻了。泳池的卢教练还给小朋友指导了一下泳姿。酒店管家吴其周服务很到位。早餐品种会少一些，但也足够吃了。下次来还住这~

柳浪闻莺环境很棒，价房间里环境也OK，可是忘了拍照。服务态度都很好，有礼貌。浓浓的中式庭院风格。提供的自助早餐品种太少，跟不上酒店的档次。整体评价给四星。（晚上逛逛真的是很惬意呢，听到几位大哥在谈五百亿的项目，吓死宝宝了）
