这酒店真心不错，挺干净的，离西湖很近，周边饭店也多很方便。前台很热情，办理入住很快，客房服务人员也很热情，这次带着孩子来的，跟工号902的客房阿姨多要了一双拖鞋，阿姨特意给拿了一双宝宝用的小拖鞋。办理退房的时候我的手机忘在酒店房间，工号911的阿姨发现了移交给我，非常感谢。下次再来杭州还会住这里。
