酒店很干净，服务也比较热情，前台，保洁阿姨，早餐阿姨都很热情，早餐比较丰富，吃的也比较均衡，离西湖也不远，还经过地铁口，很便利，总之这次体验很不错，谢谢你们??

超出期待，干净整洁有品位，特别是床头的背景墙都是杭州的景色。早餐品种丰富，杭州口味。餐厅的座椅各有特色，很喜欢那张高高的黄靠背椅。

新酒店，还给升级了房间给了早餐券应该给个好评，中立角度，走了十几二十分钟到酒店，今后就别拿地铁口近说事儿了，装修还不错，这个价位的话房型略小，建盏的杯子烫手，向服务员要小孩子拖鞋，有就是有没有就没有，显得很小气，总结一句，虽然旺季即将到来，500??元以上性价比不高，不论出差还是带孩子，打个八折还能接受
