我们一开始订的是阿拉神灯阁楼大床，去到办理入住时说不适合两个人住，要我们加钱换房，不适合两人住app上注明一下，早说啊，第一晚接待我们的那个前台态度比较不友好，厕所没有门，坐床上可直接看到对方如厕。除此之外，环境卫生方面还不错，实话实说。

房子空间太小，房间沒有阳台。床和电视机之间距离轉身都不方便。所谓大床房就是把兩张单人床拼在一起，被子也是两张单人被。打电话给酒店前台，告之改不了就是这样🙄如果要住这个位置的民宿，选择特別多，甚至可以到了这边再挑选。只是很多店沒挂在携程上。

原本订的是两间阁楼房，但是到入住的时候前台的小姐姐发现有个大人，所以给我们换了一间家庭房，还是蛮喜欢的，服务态度也很好，下次去杭州还是去他们家。

酒店设施不错，青芝坞也好，就是靠近西湖，开车容易堵，还有就是停车比较贵一天60元，其他还好
