    酒店总体还行，但是酒店前台的服务绝对需要提升。工作人员面无表情，我说要办理入住，你好歹回答我一句：好的，请稍等。 像完全没听见一样，我说了2,3次才有反映。退房时候还冤枉我们拿他们的酒店菜单，太滑稽了，我拿你们菜单干嘛？？？我说我没拿，服务员还很自信的对我来句：我确定菜单送到你们房间了，这事情还是我办的。然后就接着这个纠纷让我等了很久，直接去办理别的客人不管我了，最后来了句：哦，是上一家客人拿的菜单。。。然后接着一边帮我退房，一遍办理其他客人。最后是我火了说你搞什么啊，帮我退房就好好退房，他才慢条斯理的帮我退房。这次入住，对于酒店前台我绝对不满意。建议酒店增加人手和提升服务质量。
