服务人员很热情，前台有位付姓小哥，我想知道酒店枕头的品牌，他就耐心帮我查;我们退房后他还热心的帮忙把行李送到出租车上，真是有家人的感觉~非常感谢，就看这个服务，下次来杭州也还要住在这里！

酒店的位置很方便，离西湖，西湖文化广场，杭州大厦都比较近，前台的雪儿也很热情。就是我们的房间临街有点吵。
