老夫老妻渡下蜜月，四星级的酒店服务妥妥的。淡季价格性价比高，早餐卫生服务等不错！周边游玩方便，总得来说还是值得下榻。

这个酒店感觉很舒服，因为我们订的房间没有了，前台帅哥还给免费升级了房间，服务不错，装修有点小风格的，下次还会来这里喔～_

非常值得入住的高端酒店，离西湖柳浪闻莺咫尺之遥，交通便捷，干净整洁，服务周到，服务员衣着整洁，礼貌待客，我们入住的是双床房间，一家三口住的宽敞，休息的非常舒服。
刚开始定好的三晚，房费已经支付完成，（网站上说明是不能退房）因个人原因只能入住两晚了，和酒店沟通和后，他们允许我可以退一晚，这样避免了我少住一晚的损失，真是非常感谢你们，一个温情的酒店，一个不是唯利是图商家，他们是我以后在杭州不二的选择。

非常棒的酒店，性价比非常高。交通方便，酒店对面就是西湖，柳浪闻莺景区，顺西湖步行到西湖各景点都很方便，到湖滨商业区和河坊街也很方便。去灵隐寺和西溪在酒店门口坐公交也很方便。酒店不挂星，是精品型酒店，很精致典雅，早餐也棒棒的！
