酒店离西湖的柳浪聞莺景区很近，周圍整体环境很安靜，酒店内部也比較舒適，送2⃣️份早餐自助，虽说早餐的品种不算太多，但整体卫生和口味可以的。房間算比較大，有小客厅，很舒适。但沐浴房与厠所分开，2个空間都很小，換洗衣服什麼的不是太方便。

酒店离西湖的柳浪聞莺景区很近，周圍整体环境很安靜，酒店内部也比較舒適，送2??份早餐自助，虽说早餐的品种不算太多，但整体卫生和口味可以的。房間算比較大，有小客厅，很舒适。但沐浴房与厠所分开，2个空間都很小，換洗衣服什麼的不是太方便。

酒店地段不错，就在西湖边上。周边有不少饭店，很方便。西湖景区寸土寸金，房间不是很大，但很舒适，设备也很齐全，服务员态度非常好， 停车位不是很多，如果车多的话，可以把车钥匙给保安，他们会帮你安排好停车位。早餐还是可口的，蔬菜，馄饨，汤面，各式粥，水果，性价比挺高的。

非常好的商务型酒店。首先地理位置很好，就在西湖柳浪闻莺对面，步行几分钟，周边很静谧，也有饭店。酒店门口交通也很多，杭州东站，龙井，雷峰塔，延安路，吴山广场都超级方便公交直达。酒店大堂虽然不大，但布置的很有格调。房间很大，格局正气，而且非常干净。厕所也很大，马桶抽力也大，热水不管晚上几点都有。酒店前台的服务很好的。父母对这里不要太满意！
